Location: The Children’s Museum at Rose Hill Manor Park, 1611 N. Market St., Frederick.
Description:   Third Friday of each month, April through Nov. 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Toddlers will explore colors, shapes and the world around them through this interactive program.
