April 5 to Oct. 25-- Playtime Mondays, The Children’s Museum at Rose Hill Manor Park, 1611 N. Market St., Frederick. Second and fourth Mondays of each month; 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Children are encouraged to explore the museum and learn through creative, hands-on play. $3 per child; adults must be accompanied by a child.
